"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

It's your group, and I respect if you decline pictures as an admin. Although I'm now confused why I was invited to this group in the first place?
However, it is incredibly rude of you to get to my frontpage and claim that my synesthesia pictures have nothing to do with it in BIG BOLDED FONT. I can taste colours, and this is what I have used in these pictures. That's why most of the titles include animal names and tastes, such as "lime orca" or "apple deer" and the like. The colours given to the animals are another form of synesthesia. Just like other people associate colours with letters or numbers, for example.
I understand if this concept is not literal enough and you prefer other kinds of synesthesia art that is more descriptive of the phenomenon. But as I said, claming my art "has nothing to do with synesthesia" is simply not a nice move - just because we don't share the same kind of synesthesia.
